Another one of cantons finest. Ron burns property. The roof was suppose to be done when it was in dimmerlings hands but Ron purchased it and was told that the city wanted the roof done and he’s done nothing. Surprise!

Obviously the people living there dont have a refrigerator because now they have milk and food sitting on the the roof of the front porch.

There was also an electrical fire in there before Ron purchased this property. Did this ever get inspected by the city? He had people living in there without any repairs. But as long as he gets that money each month. How is he getting away with this without any inspections but yet city comes down on people for having some chipped paint
