Jane, is there any update on this issue? It has been about 1 month since issue was reported and the vehicles are still there.

The Zoning Enforcement Office is aware of the condition of the property and is actively pursuing abatement of violations.

Charging documents have been filed and the case is to be heard in Circuit Court in mid-April.

Just curious on this as today is almost the end of April. The property now has an unregistered boat, boat trailer and car in the front driveways. Any update?

At least the lawn was cut on Monday evening.

It has been another month since the last update. Any news?

Per the Chief of Zoning Enforcement the file has been returned to the Law Department for non-compliance after Court hearing.

Court date set for September 12.

It was a violation of probation so they fined him and told him again to get into compliance. We will continue to monitor.

Why close the case when it needs to be monitored? There are still unlicensed/unregistered motor vehicles and boats on the property.

How long does he have to get into compliance? Does there need to be documented progress along the way or is there just an arbitrary date? What is that date? In the 10 1/2 months this has been open the situation has worsened. What happens when he doesn't get into compliance?
