Description

Hi, the corner of Toll Gate Road and Brooks Road has a pretty tricky blind spot. There’s a stop sign where Toll Gate meets Brooks but it’s a bended intersection and makes for a dangerous road to drive on. The cars coming down brooks don’t have visibility of if there’s a car that’s merged before it even reaches the intersection and the neighbors have had near misses almost every time. I think the best solution would be to put in a stop sign on brooks where the two roads meet after the bend. It’d also be best to put a stop ahead sign before the bend so drivers know of this change. There are school children playing in the streets and most cars already go about 60 when they’re driving that I think this is the least the town could do. Another idea that would be great along with the stop sign is putting one of those lighted up speeding meter signs that blink when drivers go over 30 mph. Thank you.
