The traffic light at Patterson and Three Chopt doesn't seem to have any settings to take it off the same timing intervals later at night when there is very minimal traffic. This results in particularly long wait times at red lights even when there isn't any traffic approaching from the direction with the green light right of way.

Please look into adjusting the timing intervals or setting the lights to change with sensors at non-peak traffic times. It would make for a much timelier and more efficient traffic flow through the intersection.
