Description

Reported 1 year ago with no repair. City of Oakland removed two trees in 2012, one on each side of the driveway. Roots caused major damage. Sidewalk is broken, wobbly. The other day, i watched a student catch a toe then pitch a bad fall, nearly pinching his fingers in another broken block of sidewalk concrete. Seems like a City of Oakland bad injury lawsuit waiting to happen even if the problem is in the Flatlands.
