Recently on Feb 11, 2019 there was a water main break near Dobson Mills Apartments community where I am the Community Manager. Some of the street areas where they where opening were filled with a dry patch like substance to fill the holes in the street, however it has clearly downed cause a large pothole where someone is going to get hurt or pop a tire . This needs repair immediately.
Also because of no notice to our apartment community when the water was turned off it burst out several of our hot water heaters in our apartment that has cause electrical damage to the hot water heaters and now need replacing (about 10) so far. Dobson Mills would like reimbursement for the hot water heaters.
