Description

Why are cars allowed to park on the sidewalk in front of the homeless shelter every evening? Not sure if it's all night long, but definitely early evening. Usually 2-3 cars.

They have an off-street driveway area to the right of the building.

The craziness at that corner is already a nightmare for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. Why do some people have the privilege of making it even less safe?
