Description

The timing for the traffic light at the new bridge is TERRIBLE in the morning. There is a VERY unsafe backup of traffic into rt 16 (headed east) because the light for the exit ramp onto 4th is not long enough. This is going to cause a huge wreck. Please address the issue immediately for morning traffic before someone gets hurt on 16.
