Is there any update on this issue? With the rain there has been significant erosion from this new construction drive.

No this issue has not been addressed and our road has become a challenge to drive with the runoff ruts and erosion that has occurred this past season. Please get someone out ASAP to address and solve the problem.

No action yet. Hot, dry and dusty now. But rainy season not that far off and clearing of land and now 3 driveways clogging former runoff culvert along with almost totally smashed pipe at culvert on Sands/Quail Hill caused by heavy equipment movement onto Quail Hill to facilitate clear cutting north side of Quail Hill.
This issue needs to be addressed before the road becomes a muddy mess, not to mention potential flooding of properties to the south.

It is now almost 2 years since the initial report and nothing has been done.

Investigation, drainage and erosion control inspection performed on 7-17-2018. Issued grading corrections to maintain existing drainage patterns. Construction still ongoing and found to be in compliance with most recent site inspection on 8/14/2019. Pre-existing road drainage was found not to be contained wholly on north side in shallow flow line - existing drainage crosses road partially in places and/or follows wheel ruts.

Investigation has been closed.
