The Code Enforcement office sent a warning notice to the property owner that the use of the property as a Bed and Breakfast without a permit was a zoning violation. We found that the use continued without a permit so our office issued a zoning notice of violation. The property owner submitted a zoning permit application in February to be establish a short term rental in the existing residence.
The permit application was reviewed by Planning and Zoning Staff and will have a public hearing before the Development Review Board on March 20th. The agenda is below for members of the public who would like to know additional details.
