Description

The house directly across the street had renters recently move in. They are loud, and constantly have loud, drunk people hanging out outside in front of my house past midnight (they have their friends park in front of my house and their happens throughout the week). Their dogs bark and howl all day long and I can hear the guy who lives there screaming at the dogs when they're coming and going late at night. Tonight, I watched from my upstairs window as he threw a lit cigarette butt in my yard before getting in his friend's car. The music coming from the car was so loud it woke up my son. It was after midnight. Not sure how to address this, but would appreciate someone contacting the residents AND the property owners about the middle of the night noise.
