20 morris is still a parking lot, now junk car lot as well. City needs to take care of their lot.

Spoke with someone at APD about this yesterday... We need a resolution here. This is a lot owned by the city. There is a car there that has been abandoned without plates for OVER A MONTH! There's a note on it that says they are in the process of selling so please don't tow... OVER A MONTH! Meanwhile, I was late in renewing my residential parking permit and got a ticket- for parking on the street.

It seems there's a need for parking, so great! Let's make it an official lot. Pave it, put a fence around it, create a dedicated entrance (right now people are driving over the new sidewalk that was installed last summer), meter it, put some lights. BOOM! Proper parking lot. I am sick of using the "proper channels" and getting nowhere. It really discourages people who care from living in Albany.

As far as I know, the city owns this lot.
