I called about case #S-17-3729-GC and the line was really busy and the recording said I could go online. I received a summons and complaint today 11/24/17 which is in error for two reasons. One it is in the wrong jurisdiction. Two this debt was part of a debt management plan and is an old issue which documentation or information is no longer available to substantiate their claim. My understanding is this account was closed more than a year ago. I am a licensed CPA and able to represent myself. Since this case is in error, I will not prepare a formal response.
