Please post the results here, as it is very inconvenient for me to call code enforcement multiple times to get the answer. The building now has even more graffiti, as graffiti now removed signals to taggers the this building is a lasting canvas for them.
this is a blighted building with more graffiti and trash and homeless persons every week. Apparently there is a permit to fix this fire damaged building. As it is clear Code Enforcement is not going to require the building owner to remove the graffiti, or close the holes in the roof which have been open to the rain for at least three years, would Code Enforcement be so kind as to require the owner to post the permit on the front of the building so residents can contact the owner directly. We residents will have to contact the owners ourselves, as Code Enforcement refuses to do so.
