Description

Large homeless encampment on the railroad tracks and down through the bike path on the east side. Needs to be provided with toilets and hand washing sinks. West side of bike trail is just full of trash and discarded homeless junk. When using this section of the trail, one can see the people going to bathroom freely near their camps. This cannot be healthy for them or the general public. I suggest giving them a ride to the tent areas that San Diego now provides.
