Everyday after business hours a man is using the chiropractors parking lot to work on what seems to be scrap metal. It started as just a few hours here or there and he was quiet however it's know grown to be numerous hours every day of him cutting, beating, and slamming metal which is extremely loud and disruptive. I've debated reporting this for awhile because I understand having to do what needs to be done to make ends meet but this is an everyday thing. He also leaves trash everywhere and uses the city trash can to dispose of his waste metal. He's also started allowing his kids (4 of them) to run around and play behind the building at. 966 State Street including on our fire escape which is an entirely different issue at this point.
