I totally agree. We need better speed enforcement in this section of the road. We also need better police enforcement. Rude kids frequently walk up and down that street and have no regard for personal property. I had a stolen Stop and Shop shopping card dispatched on my lawn just two days ago. Watched it happen, and the punk who put it there told us to "go back into your house." Who lives here anyway?

2016 and nothing has changed regarding speeding on Ridge Road. The police have put up an electronic SLOW DOWN sign which has not slowed down many drivers. They need to come out at least 2X a year and issue TICKETS, not warnings in both directions. Ridge Road has moderate volume which increases during the am & pm rush hours. I can see the electronic speed sign and most drivers are in the 40-50 range. It is not unusual to see 60 and 70. I understand 25 mph is tough to adhere to. But anything over 35-40 should be TICKETED. Mayor Drew and Sgt Godwin should be aware.

What are the certain concerns and issues that are allowed? Is there a list?

At this time the issues reportable in SeeClickFix (SCF) include: drainage issues, graffiti, illegal dumping, junk on curb/bulky waste, mailbox knocked down by snowplow, blighted property, roadkill, rodent harborage, sidewalk/curb damage, street sign missing or damaged, trash bin/dumpster full, tree concerns, unregistered vehicle, wetland violation and zoning violation. If you have any of these issues, go to "Report and Issue" in SCF, enter the address or place the marker in the map over the location, click 'Next' and select the appropriate issue. When these issues are reported they go directly to the proper city department to be addressed. Issues such as 'speeders' as you posted do not go to any city departments and are in what's called the 'post to neighbors' function of SCF. I hope this helps.
