  Thank you PWD for nothing once again. FYI PWD has never referred anything to code enforcement. Every one concerned with this needs to contact code enforcement 238-3381on Tuesday morning 6/5/2018 and file a complaint. PWD referrals are dismal at best in dysfunctional Oakland.
