Description

Please note that there is continuing problems with gang related
graffiti and rampantly increasing vagrancy throughout the city. I
observed a vagrant sleeping on the park bench in front of Middle
Grounds restaurant which is at the traffic crosswalk for Gulf Blvd. In light of the recent drive-by shooting on Gulf Blvd. and
other despicable events I warn all tourists to be advised that we
are not a pro-actively safe city at night!
