Description

I commute on the Mass Turnpike from exit 8 to exit 6 at approximately 6:30am every day. Lately, the traffic getting off the turnpike is backed up onto the breakdown lane for at least 1/2 mile. This poses a serious situation to me. Traffic is going by at a high rate of speed and these vehicles are stopped. I have to wait through at least 4 or 5 complete cycles of the traffic light at the end of route 291 and the start of Burnett Road. I would ask you to please increase the amount of time that this light is green for vehicles attempting to get onto route 291 west from the Mass Pike.

Are you the right person to contact? Or is this a Mass Turnpike issue?
