Deskripsyon

There is a bad pothole/sunken section of road all the way across the northbound lane of Montclair Road near where it intersects with Country Club Road. People swerve into the turn lane and oncoming traffic to avoid it. It is especially dangerous to motorcycle riders. It has been reported to Birmingham 311 on multiple occasions and is still not repaired.

This has been here for a couple of years. Maybe Mt. Brook and Birmingham are passing the responsibility back and forth.

That probably is the issue. It's gradually getting worse and that is making people move into the turn lane and oncoming traffic to get around it. It's really bad if your on a motorcycle.

This really needs to be repaired. I'm guilty of driving into the other lane to avoid damaging my car.

You can’t help but go around it. I just wonder how long they can ignore it or swap it back and forth before residents can call Shunnarah.

Looks like they "fixed" it for now. Although it is now a raised strip of pavement instead of a hole.
