The media has consistently remarked about the relationship between tagging and gang violence. These two buildings, 909 & 911 Lincoln Ave. are heavy tagging sites, with many graffiti reports. Many of the tags have been there for months. Yesterday there was a stabbing behind Perry's Deli at 909 Lincoln. Enhanced SRPD enforcement of this private property graffiti is warranted. Contact SRPD Officer Mike Vergara to follow up on this obvious "hot spot". This graffiti is still in place. Observed 6/9/10.
