Description

Left turn from EB Kempsville onto NB Centerville is still way too long to wait. The sequencing was recently changed, but didn't help at all...if you are trying to turn left onto Centerville, you still have to wait too long. Traffic is stacking up in those two turn lanes. I'm not understanding why so much green time is needed for WB Kempsville, especially when there is no traffic....That seems to be part of the problem. Drivers are getting tired of this problem and are running the red light due to lengthy wait.
