  Please call the Drug Hotline at 238-3784 to report. It's an anonymous recorded line. Please be specific with any descriptions. And if you want to be effective, call the number every day that you see this activity. Also, get your neighbors to call, too. Phone calls get action (though be patient). Inaction gets no action.
