Description

This is a follow up to the complaint submitted on 11-29-17.
Once again the tenants at 113 Eileen have out out their trash for pick up in uncovered, overflowing cans, flimsy plastic and paper bags so that their trash is spewing into the street and onto neighboring properties. This morning there are also large, very pointed and sharp pieces of broken mirror that constitute a danger to pedestrians and sanitation workers.
This problem has been reported more than once in the past but has not been resolved.
