Description
the lights in the 8 mile median west of Woodward have been out for years. these aren't new LED ones so who owns them is unclear. I've reported them to MDOT but they don't acknowledge that they are theirs. I vaguely remember that when the Woodward - 8 mile bridge was rebuilt, the City took responsibility for those lights.
This issue was previously closed by you, but can you tell me if MDOT acknowledged that they are theirs to fix?
