Description

This is a dangerous intersection for pedestrians as northbound traffic on Broadway turning left on to 60th St uses the red to clear the intersection. Pedestrians crossing 60th St on, though, have a walk signal. This creates a conflict of drivers thinking they have the right to turn on a red light and pedestrians crossing with the right of way. Changing the walk signal or posting a sign warning drivers not to turn on red would remedy the situation.
