Maybe you dont realize there are codes the need to be inforced pitting up fences replacing windows and replacing roofs and etc. Lets see chicken wire fence is not an approved fencing for property ..if a little kid not know it was there ran into it they could get hurt really bad and i bet the parents would sue .probably good idea to pull a permit and put up proper fencing and be done.and lets see that is rental property im sure the tenents put it up and the landlord dont even know about it
