Constantly and consistently, three wheel vehicles as well as tremendously loud dirt bikes which are driven by young adults in this ("no motorized vehicles")park and....out onto the Pinellas trail- Elfers Spur. These riders have become defiant,reckless and determined to ride these tremendously loud unlicensed/ unregistered vehicles and even have been caught trespassing/coming into the yards that are backing up to North Anclote River Park. We need some surveillance and help here in this park and surrounding trails.
