In 2004, the City Commission adopted a moratorium on the installation of Speed Humps & Tables. This moratorium was put in place due to the impact that the traffic calming program was having on the emergency response times for the Fire-Rescue.
The City Commission will be revisiting this issue in the spring - it will be taken up by the Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Public Works Committee. You can check the agenda on the City's Website under The Clerk of the Commission's page for Agendas.
