Description

The residents in the 300 blocks of Pine and Spruce Street should not use the alley behind the 400 block of Pine street as a shortcut to Oak avenue! There are signs posted stating "NO THRU TRAFFIC". The speeding and constant flow of traffic through our alley is a disgrace! Children play in the playground behind Spruce Street and are always in danger of speeding vehicles using the alley to avoid the ONE WAY street on Spruce. The residents that live here are also sick of paying for damages to our alleyway and drive ways that people cause from constantly using our alley. The alley is for RESIDENTS of the 400 Block of Pine Street and The 300-400 blocks of Spruce Streets ONLY!!!!!!!!
