Thank you for reporting this issue. We try to spray the weeds in the DIXON sign as part of our regular maintenance program. Unfortunately there are factors that prohibit us from spraying from time to time, i.e. wind and rain, and weeds will grow. Once we have appropriate weather we can spray, and the weeds will parish. They will die off a little slower in the winter, as the plants don't intake the herbicide as quick due to lack of photosynthesis from shorter and overcast winter days. The sign has been treated, and the weeds are browning as we speak!
