Hello,
As a longtime WC business owner, it is concerning to see a neighboring restaurant violating codes. The management at Tomatina consistently lights up in the back alley with cigarettes in incessant intervals, just steps from my backdoor and the city's own sign saying downtowm is proudly non-smoking. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are at risk if they catch fire, can you please address this? Max Jartos is the addicts' name.
