Description

It appears the light pattern has changed at the exit ramp of 14C. They light coming off the turnpike has been shortened resulting in an obscene amount of traffic. The light on Montgomery has been extended. Not sure why, but in the past 30-40 cars could make it through the light but now it's down to 10-15.

Now, drivers are exiting at 14B creating more congestion on the local roads that were never built to handle it.

It now takes 40 minutes to get from 14B to Grove St via either route.

This needs to be addressed now. It's clear downtown cannot support the volume today so I can't imagine how bad it will be as future development is completed.
