I live in Little City, near this area, and I see people racing down Broadway like it is a racing strip - way over the 25mph. Speed bumps sound like a good idea.

You know......I am so disappointed in this Click Fix thing...nothing has been done to rectify the situation and I just experienced someone speeding past me to cut me off at this place. Good thing I'm not one of the people who have road rage tendencies.....I was under the impression that if you reported something here..someone in charge might respond or rectify the situation.......humph!

I understand your frustration. Different cities have different levels of engagement, and different types of issues that they address through SeeClickFix. Have you tried creating watch areas for some of the officials in your area?

When you click on notified off to the right you will see who has been sent an email, and in this case, the PD the Public works got an email on it, but regardless, don't expect anything to be done about it. The city has a lot of signs to update reported on here and they simply can't be bothered to do anything about it.
Sad thing to say but what type of excuse will the city have when one of these days you get some idiot racing up this short, confusingly marked, yet unnecessary merge lane when children are out crossing the street and they get hit and worse case, killed?
See Click Fix is effective in some towns and cities...Bangor is not one of them, so when a child gets injured or killed crossing the road because the merge lane has to end just feet prior to the school zone start, then complain about the merge lane, then the city "might" listen and do something about it then...Bangor is not very proactive.

Yes RT...or what if one of the crossing guards get hit? Perhaps the city will have to pay for their medical bills seeing they are city employees, right?

Yup, they will pay their medical bills, and another reason for the city to raise their taxes.

No matter WHAT this issue continues to be ignored!!!!! I just had someone speed past me and cut me off in an effort to speed through this light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is it going to take for the City of Bangor to respond to this situation?? C'MON!!!!!
