Friday, 12-08-17 Outdoor speakers are not permitted at the Grove Bisto, they
have been warned. One of my inspectors advised that they may keep a door
opened, I had him go to management and advise them to keep all doors
closed. They do have speakers and have been advised to keep them off.
My inspectors have been advised to monitor Grove Bistro and advise if
any violations are found.

Outdoor music from speakers being played as of right now at 1am. The volume is loud. Can you assist. Thanks.

Tuesday, 12-19-17 I had my night inspector visit the Grove Bistro last night, he spoke with
Jeff Favia who owns this business, Mr Favia assured my inspector that they do not turn
on the outdoor speakers. The noise comes from people leaving the doors open. Mr.
Favia is advising his managers to make sure all doors are closed during times when they
have entertainment. My inspector will monitor Grove Bistro nightly. J Coyne Commerce
