left turn signal turning north onto Keene from drew; there is no godly reason why this needs to be a solid red arrow when every other major intersection in the area allows a flashing yellow arrow after the green arrow expires, including the same intersection but from a different direction. it slows traffic down dramatically because only 2-3 vehicles can make it thru in the scant seconds that it's green. please review and adjust to a flashing yellow arrow for all directions at this intersection.
