Description

Drivers trying to turn left from Kempsville Road onto Centerville Turnpike coming from Chesapeake must wait to turn left a ridiculous amount of time. The light seems to be "stuck" on a green light for all Kempsville Road traffic, causing delays. Please tend to this ongoing issue! Thank You
