Description
This little park at the east end of Besserer slopes abruptly down to the sidewalk along Rideau Street, and many people use the park as a shortcut by foot (and some by bike), but the slope is too steep for using by elderly, those with strollers, and is too dangerous for more capable people after a rain or in winter after a thaw. This is public land and needs improvement, especially as the City is finishing its first Pedestrian Plan.
I have since learned that this park's problems will be addressed when Rideau Street is rebuilt between 2012-2014.

Hey Chris,
Thanks for being such an early adapter to SeeClickFix.
We just launched homepages for Canadian towns this Morning.
The homepage for Ottawa is http://seeclickfix.com/can_ottawa
Also, in regards to this ticket: you can now edit the issue by clicking the link in this email. You can then drag the issue one block north and hit update.
Who would be the person responsible for the pedestrian plan so we can start sending alerts to them?
Thanks,
Ben

Responsible folks would be Larry O'Keefe or Dan O'Keefe managers at Ottawa city hall check this website for detailed contacts.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that Larry O'Keefe has been contacted. You'll hear more about it as soon as there is any action from his office.
Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Ben says there is now an Ottawa page, and that I can now make the edit I want to relocate the symbol on the map from the end of Daly to the place at the end of Besserer Street that is also adjacent to Rideau Street.
But I still can't do it.
As to editing the text to include the municipal address, I don't think there is one, as there is no structure on the land. But the it would be 6xx Besserer Street. (I also have another minor typo to fix in the text).

Hey Chris,
I moved the issue for you. Does it look like its in the right place?
Thanks,
Ben

Yes, the location is now right.
I posted an amendment to my original post to point out that the 2006 Community Design Plan for Uptown Rideau includes mention of the need to improve this park and link it better to Rideau Street. That work will get underway in 2012.
