Description

Parking on unpaved surface, illegal parking off street, marked red zone. Signs on fence clarifying No Parking Tow Away were torn down almost immediately after being installed. Parking enforcement has been asked repeatedly to look into why this continues unchecked. People have to drive on the sidewalk to access and have no regard for pedestrians. When the Fox has shows and the cars get blocked in, they resort to driving through park to get out. (Yes - through the park) This mixed with the drunk patrons leaving the Fox and bars are just an accident waiting to happen.
