Description

Once again Hartford Place Townhomes failed to shovel the sidewalk along their entire property - snowed Monday night, still not a single shovel of snow turned along either Rolling Hills Road or Prairie Lakes Drive. Every year they need to be reminded every single snowfall. Can we fine them yet? I am tired of it - they are horrible neighbors !!!
