  These lights back up traffic all the way back over the Park St bridge, block Glascock, and are generally just confusing. They need to be timed better to alleviate some of the traffic they are causing. More signage would also be good.

  They are only confusing to the folks from Alameda. Those of us who live in Jingletown appreciate that now we can get into our neighborhood from 29th Ave or cross to the 7-11 without being run down. Maybe you should spend more time getting the lights at Park and Blanding coordinated with the one at Ford and 29th?
