Thank you for reporting this street light issue to the City of Eden Prairie. The pole missing the light fixture is a new pole. The previous pole was hit and knocked down about 2 weeks ago. Xcel Energy had to cut the power to that pole while they were switching out poles for public safety. Unfortunately, all 3 of the lights run on the same power. Xcel is just waiting for the new light fixture to come in. Once they have that they will complete the repair and restore power to all 3 lights. They were not able to give a specific date. Since this is an issue that Xcel is working on we will close out this ticket. Our staff will continue to monitor as well. The City of Eden Prairie appreciates your help in maintaining our streets.
