Again I live near as well and never had an issue with Rich’s I have been disturbed by Proof bar with live music and also with Club Cle. I can understand how one may think it’s one club but I’m not going to point out one club just cause I’m guessing. I’ve gotten up and walked around to see exactly where noise is coming from. So in future make sure you are complaining about correct business. We wouldn’t want to complain about wrong business would we? Do your homework first before complaining.

I did walj there, I called three times, and an HPD officer confirmed the problem and promised to cite if they did it again.
