The predatory behavior of The owner of Hudson Sprouts installed signage on the Boland street side of the building without filing for approval with the city. This behavior trashed the neighborhood with commercial signage showing no respect for the integrity of the building and the people living in the neighborhood. This would not be tolerated in downtown jersey city.

I just love how you're opening this child care center in a neighborhood with active prostitution and drug activity. The amount of people that come to that corner to score drugs or sexual favors in a single day is amazing. The number of homeless people that live on those steps at night and use the property as their personal bathroom is amazing. On any given day the smell of the urine and piles of feces is so strong when you walk by.Not to mention the caution when you walk because of the used condoms on the floor surrounding that building. I would think that is more important than the stupid signage. I would be more concerned for the safety of the children. The preditors and junkies and the amount of homeless would be more alarming than the stupid assignment. But to each their own.
