Last night both the side street and our public lane way were blocked due to snow. My car, along with few other neighbours’ car was parked on Bathurst Street overnight as the main road was cleared of snow. Around 8:30am this morning (Saturday), the day after a snow storm, while resident and crews are busy removing snow off the road, there was a parking officer giving out tickets. How is this different from businesses price gouging during food shortage? We have parking officer giving tickets when residents can’t park their car in garage and driveway.
