I live alone and am healthwise unable to shovel. I cannot even open my front or fire door. I need a path for emergencies. Im also responsible for the fire hydrant n sand bin on my property. I have a driveway but no car. Any help is much appreciated..

Good Afternoon. I am still trying to get some folks out your way. I've got friends of friends reaching out to their friends who live near you. I do suggest,that if you're still not dug out by 4 pm you call 911 and ask them to send someone over to make sure you can at least open you door and the vents are cleared. The doors are now able to open so i won't call the police.

Hey Jen, that is great news about the doors. We are doing our best. I do recommend call the police to let them know of you situation. You can ask for what I believe is called a wellfare visit. To call the police call 911, which I know seems a little strange but it will ensure someone comes by - but maybe not immediately unless you feel you are in urgent need.

Do you have a carbon monoxide monitor? If so, please check to make sure it is working.

No co2 detectors.. I heat w oil.
Don't want to call 911, except as a last resort since the doors can open.

The street plow finally came last night.
No one has come to help me yet.
I posted my plight on the Valley independent fb page.
One person offered to plow my driveway today.
Hoping they come through.

Hickory Hill Condos Off Moss ave the management company CT. Condo Assoc. LLC of Naugatuck has not plowed we are being held agaist our will 24 families are trapped and unable to leave. Cathy the manager of CT.C A. INFORMED ME THE contractor has broken equipment and unable to get parts and we have to wait...WE CANT WAIT , Some here need medicine some have medical issues, running out of food,,we cant leave please call cathy at the condo assoc. 203-720-3777 find out when we can leave and what the plan for the pepole here PLEASE HELP
