Just got home and tried to wash the dishes and realized the water pressure is very low. Affecting entire house; we ruled out anything internal. Would think if work was being done we’d have had a heads up and it wouldn’t still be the case this late at night. Hoping it’s not because of a fire or other emergency nearby.

The reason for low water pressure is a power outage in your area at the pump station. When power is fully restored your water pressure should come back. If you have a problem in the morning call the DPW 781-397-7160
