When Crossing from the railroad track side of Howard to the Thinking Man side of Howard, no walk signal will come on unless the button is pressed on both sides of the street. This gives pedestrians a very short red light at which to cross. It is very unsafe.

This is still a problem.

We will check this signal for proper operation.
