My neighbor is an elderly man who seems to have a heart condition based on the last time we saw him shovel. He only speaks Italian.

Looks like someone helped out! There is a snowplowed lane in front of his house. Not sure that he has a way of egress since the front steps are still snowed in. Thanks to whoever swung by with the plow!
